In a few sentences, describe your connection to U2FP, why you chose to run in support of U2FP, and whether you have a personal connection to spinal cord injury and paralysis:
My connection is the Chicago marathon and fundraising for entry. I choose U2FP to help create an awareness of spinal cord injury and to help with funding for much needed research.
Is this your first marathon/race? If not, what others have you completed? Maui, Chicago, New York and Dallas
What do you crave after a long race? Watermelon
Do you listen to anything when you train or race? If yes, what? No
What are you most excited and/or nervous about for the marathon? It's exciting to be included in the 1% of the population of people who run marathons. I enjoy the mental endurance and dedication to a training program.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time? Yoga, reading, gardening and hanging out with friends.
Anything else you’d like to share? Celebrating my 50th race weekend!
