In a few sentences, tell us about the course you've chosen or designed for this year's Run-Walk-Roll event. I'll be running around Lake Nokomis Park here in my South Minneapolis neighborhood. I did this last year - and it was fun and challenging. That said, I am open to more creative suggestions and will entertain them in the donation comments below :)

Describe your connection to U2FP, why you chose to run in support of U2FP, and your personal connection to the spinal cord injury and paralysis community: I'm the Content Manger for U2FP and have been with the organization now for 4 years. Call me biased, but I think we're doing great work on a dime budget - largely because we have the audacity to think that the folks who are directly affected by paralysis should be the leaders and decision-makers to help cure it. We model it in our board and staff representation where, as an able-bodied person, I'm a minority. Our decision makers are individuals with an SCI or are the family of those with an SCI.

What do you crave after training? The same thing I crave when I'm not training - beer!

Do you listen to anything while you train? Mostly just my aging body

Fun Facts - tell us something unique or interesting about you? In college, my best friend and I used to do random poetry readings (of famous & infamous poets) during Friday lunch hour in the student union.
